Characteristics.
Deep ruby red in colour with violet tints. The bouquet is of dark
violet and crushed red berry fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and
balanced with aromas of rose and cherry, the finish is long and
persistent.
Best served with hot hors d’oeuvre, pasta dishes with rich sauces
and both white and red meat dishes.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
