Vines and training system: exclusively Barbera. The training
system is Guyot in rows.
Production/ha: 80 quintals.
Maceration and fermentation: in steel vats for 6/7 days.
Ageing: in French oak barrels (35hl) for approx. 8 months. |

Characteristics.
Deep ruby red. Shows excellent finesse and elegance, with appealing
hints of spices and fresh red fruit, such as cherry and cranberry.
Very attractive taste, which is soft and structured, with the
refreshing, tangy acidity that’s typical of the variety.
Best served with cold cuts in general, hot hors-d’oeuvres including
slightly spicy, flavoursome appetizers, and white meats.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Serving temperature: 18°C. |
