sub-varieties Lampia (prevalently) and Michet. The training system

Production/ha: 60-65 quintals.
Maceration and fermentation: in steel vats for 10/12 days.
Ageing: in French oak barrels (35 hl) for two years and 12

Characteristics.
Ruby red in colour with an orange rim. Broad and persistent bouquet
of ripe fruit, among which blackberries and black cherries, with
spicy notes. Warm and attractive in the mouth, with a smooth
structure and good aromatic persistence.
Best served with roast dishes, game, roast lamb and ripe cheese.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
