Density: 4000 plants per hectare.
Vines and training system: exclusively Nebbiolo, the
sub-varieties Lampia (prevalently) and Michet. The training system
is Guyot in rows.
Production/ha: 60-65 quintals.
Maceration and fermentation: in steel vats for 10/12 days.
Ageing: in French oak barrels (35 hl) for two years and 12
months in bottle. |

Characteristics.
Ruby red in colour with garnet tints. Flowery and fruity bouquet.
Robust and elegant body, with a smooth finish and slight hints of
cherry and ripe plums.
Best served with red meat dishes, both roast as well as stewed,
game, ripe cheese.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
