Density: 4500 plants per hectare.
Vines and training system: exclusively Nebbiolo, the
sub-varieties Lampia (prevalently) and Michet. The training system
is Guyot in rows.
Production/ha: 65-70 quintals.
Maceration and fermentation: in steel vats for 8/10 days.
Ageing: in French oak barrels (35hl) for 12/18 months and 3
months in bottle. |

Characteristics.
Bright ruby red in colour; warm and attractive bouquet of violet,
black current and black cherries. In the mouth it is fine and dry,
with a young body and long-lasting aromas of ripe fruits.
Best served with roast red meat, game and hard ripe cheese.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
