The wine-making area is equipped with a technologically advanced system which allows for the extraction of all the noble parts of the grapes while controlling every phase of the wine-making process. This means that the best results can be obtained with every grape variety in full respect of tradition.

The ageing area is located in the original cellar, which has been in use since 1886 and whose original features have since been maintained intact; the barrels are of French oak and hold 35 hectolitres. This is the most important part of the estate. Here we store our wines, our Barolo, and the experience of four generations. Here are kept the memories of past efforts, worries, anxieties. Here is where our dreams come to life.
