Obtained with the distillation of the residue of Barolo Ginestra.
Distillation period: within five days after drawing the wine off the
skins.
System used: discontinuous with grape residue in bain-marie.
Alcohol percentage: 42% vol.
Maturation: twelve months in barriques of French oak.
Ageing: at least two months in bottle.
Organoleptic description: amber in colour, intense, broad and pleasant
aroma of vanilla; smooth and warm in the mouth and at the same time full
and complete.
Bottle: 0,500 litres.
