Density: 4500 plants per hectare.
Vines and training system: exclusively Nebbiolo, the
sub-varieties Lampia (prevalently) and Michet. The training system
is Guyot in rows.
Production/ha: 70 quintals.
Maceration and fermentation: in steel vats for 7/8 days.
Ageing: in French oak barrels (35hl) for 12 months. |

Characteristics.
Ruby red in colour with an orange rim; flowery bouquet, mainly of
roses and fruity sensations. In the mouth it is dry, with an elegant
structure, complex and slightly spiced aromas, pleasantly
persistent.
Best served with rich first courses, meat dishes with sauces and
medium ripe cheese.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
