August, with a few storms, was cooler than usual, but the constant care and selection made in the vineyard contributed in a very early ripening of the grapes. On the whole, the growth season registered temperatures above the average, with high bioclimatic rates, similar to those of 2000 and 2001, which explains the good maturation of the grapes despite the rain at the beginning of September. Thanks to the position of our vineyards and to careful work, the harvest took place early and with very satisfactory results.
